OnePoint is a critical strategic initiative within HomeServices to support the Complete Real Estate Experience for consumers. OnePoint Digital is a mobile-first digital companion designed to deliver that experience. Over time, OnePoint Digital will connect the full client experience across brokerage, mortgage, title, and insurance, making it easier to start the process with each service, have data shared across services, and coordinate critical steps all in one native app.

Today we are excited to launch the first functionality of the OnePoint digital companion in the form of the Buyer Agency Agreement.

Q: Is this a full transaction platform?

A: No. This is focused on improving the client’s overall experience between core services - how they engage and move through the process. The back-end transaction system will be managed on Maestro.

Q: Is this all it does?

A: Buyer Agency Agreements is the first step. Additional capabilities will continue to roll out over time to connect the full experience.

Q: Do agents have to use it?

A: Agents are expected to use it for Buyer Agency Agreements. Beyond that, it’s a strong, preferred way to deliver a more complete experience.​

Q: Am I giving up control of my client?

A: No. The agent remains at the center. This is a coordinated experience, not a handoff.

​​Q: What if a client doesn’t want to use it?

A: They always have a choice. Most clients prefer a simpler, more connected experience, and now agents can offer it.

A: OnePoint encapsulates our core services offering. The marketing program and the digital experience exist to help agents win more business with a compelling, complete experience offering to consumers.

Maestro is our new technology platform that powers the entire brokerage business - from websites, to CRM, to marketing, to back-end accounting. It is a single-sign-on experience that upgrades and streamlines the tech that runs every HomeServices brokerage.

 

OnePoint Digital will feed data directly into Maestro, and it’s all part of the broker tech value prop for agents. But while Maestro is predominantly where agents and staff will work to run the business and move transactions along, OnePoint is how we articulate and support the value of bundled core services to consumers.​
